Back in March I had another woman claim I touched her back bumper while is v slow moving traffic. Thing is I felt nothing and was not aware of anything untill she got out her car and asked me for my details even though there appeared to be no damage I didn't want to but because we were causing so much traffic build up with ppl shouting at us I did. Now 4 months later I get a letter from my insurance company telling me she is claiming against me....for what I don't know. I sent a letter to my insurance comp telling them there was 'no accident' and she's trying to claim for her own gain etc. Today they have called me and asked if I could put in writing that I will be willing to goto small claims court

Question I have is what is a small claims court? is it like a normal court where you have to give evidence? Excuse my ignorance but I have never had this happen to me before
