Right, i have a fiesta as a project car, the aim of it is to be a road-going car that is built for the track

i'm currently looking into alloy top mounts (Concentric or eccentric, i haven't decided yet) but have heared they're not the greatest when using them on the road, why is this?

i'll literally be using the car at weekends, and then occaisionally driving to and from shows and track events.

would they be ok for my car? i'll be doing less than 5k per year
