i couldnt use the xr shafts with my koni -25mm suspension so had to use standard shafts, now with coilovers i can run a bit lower so the xr shafts fit fine with no probs.

If you have one long shaft and one short one, the long one should go on the o/s as thats the one that causes most problems ,
