Default Back to Training

Well depressed with me body at the min, 6ft 4ins and 15 stone,


Did kickboxing and the gym (weights and cardio) for 3 and 1 years but never shifted the fat from my stomach or chest, just bigger chest size and muscles and heavier on the scales!! (2 stone in 12 months)

My stomach has been fatty since i was about 13 and has always pissed me off so now, im taking ephidrene, not eatin crappy foods, riding my bike for a few hours every other day, running round the local park every other day and starting ju-jitsu twice a week so lets hope the fat starts shifting!!!

PS anybody use them sweat suits? them pvc tracksuits that ya can go running in, heard they are very good??
