Default Anglain Water problem

Basically, after the mass thunder & rainfall we had Thursday night, the storm drain which runs under our front garden has overflowed & left human excrement & other waste covering our front garden and ran down the drive over the pathway and into the road. Absolutely stinking.

I called AW to ask them to come and sort it out as it is their responsibility.
Got told they would be out within 12 hrs.
By the next morning, nothing had been done: fair enough: it was over Thurs night & can't do too much in the dark. Came back home around 10am. Still nothing. Went shopping and got back at dinner. Nothing. All the 'stuff' had now started to dry out over our from patio, lawn & drive in the sun. Nice...not. Called them again. Apologised & said they'd be out. Went out & came home at 7-ish. Still nothing had been done. Called them again. Apologised & said they'd be out asap and she'd inform her manager to the problem that it still hadn't been sorted.

As you can guess, nothing done last night. My missus called them 8:30 this morning to give them some grief and gave them 1 hr for someone to be round. Bloke said it had "got lost in the system". What, each time we called it then got lost? Don't think so. Called again at 10:30 as still no-one had arrived. I told them I would be going to the local paper as this is not an acceptable timescale for the job.

Just had to call them again as no-one has been round. Really annoyed now. It has been 41 hours since my initial call, and still they had done nothing.

Environmental Health cannot do anything unless it is running into the drainage system.

So here I am STILL waiting for them to turn up to clean some fookin poo up. I was going to clean it up a bit this morning, but my missus wouldn't let me, now I'm not going to do it on principle.

I bet they'd soon be round if I said I wasn't going ot pay their bill.
