The guy reeled it off and established that it was 2 minutes from my work, and if they had told me this from the start could have taken it there to be repaired! They have basically lied to me several times, advised me to commit fraud, and basically fucked it right up!!
I'm online customer too, when my phone fucked up I took it to an O2 shop with proof of warranty (recipt etc that comes with the phone when its first delivered to you). And i got it back within 3 days
