my day just gets worse

had a knock on the door this morning, the water board are going to prosecute me. Aparently my neighbor across the road who doesn't like me very much has reported me for using my hose pipe on my car, he must of seen me filling my car up with it as I only wash it with a bucket and sponge

will phone Ford at 9am to complain still.
