hi all as you may or may not know ive been having problems getting my xr2i too run and im rapidly loosing faith im tempted to scrap

the car will not spark ive done voltage and resistant checks on the ignition coil , crank position sensor , edis4 and ht leads and their all fine ive also bought new sparkplugs (motorcraft) and it still wont spark it just cranks over and over and theirs no spark at all

has any one got any ideas ?
could it be the Ecu although everything else is working
