Trouble with diagnosing this, is it's either the cpu or the board. The board could of shorted, and may of killed the cpu. So you could put a perfectly good working cpu on a fucked motherbaord, switch it on, and poof. 2 Dead cpu's. IMO, the only real way to solve this is new board and cpu. And prey the memory's still ok.
