If the volemtric effiency of the engine at the point of peak torque is currently hampered by the standard exhaust and filter or if at that point in the rev rnage more timing is safe then YES it will increase, however if its mapped well to begin with and the standard exhaust and filter are well suited to the engine at that point in the rev rnage then gains will be none or slim or MAY even be losses!
