boXXer, it looks like i picked the wrong year to buy my specialized then, the axel elites i have are terrible. theyre too soft, bottom out easily and the preload adjuster broke straight away. wish id done something about it now and sent them back.

What im worried about is buying another fork and finding theyre too soft for me or bottom out just the same. ive no idea where to start with the travel on them is it false economy to buy say an 02, 03, 04 set of bombers from ebay ?

nacnac at those forks, theyre worth more than my car,lol
