Hiya guys,
Just come back from a bit of a thrash in my car and near home after breaking heavy the car started reving on its own between 1000 and say 3000 rpm, got home, turned the ignition off tried it a few more times and just the same, also air constantly coming out of the dump valve, could this be throttle position sensor ? idle spped contol valve ( i unplugged this but made no diff) or the dump valve or what, sorry bit of an amateur under the bonnet.
By the way it stage 3 4x4 Saff.
