hi just got my first rst on saturday and its broke already

when the car was workin i turned the ignition on and let the fuel pump prime up which sounded like a buzzing sound for a few secs. then the car cut out and when i turn the ignition on the pump is hissing like its just blowing air. the pump was pretty noisey when the car was runing

so does this sound like its the fuel pump thats broken?

thanks for any help im desperate to get it fixed and start using it
