hey im back, im getting all healthy now!!! i mean i never ate that much crap to start with but im cutting pretty much it all out now. i just need to drink more water and eat a bit more fruit really!

ive started doing my sit ups regularly and its going quite well and also just signed up to the gym!!!!!!!!!!! so hopefully my gorgeous flat tummy i havent seen in a while will be back pretty soon!!

Any more suggestions from anyone on how to maybe speed the process up?
