Top & bottom of it is - i've just been flashed by a speed camera, i know the cameras there as i pass it quite often but my speedo's been playing up recently like it works for a while then it jumps about all over the place so you cant get a correct reading!!

I reckon i was probably about 4 mph over if that (40 mph dual carriageway) i didnt think i was speeding at all.

So basically is there anything i can do to get out of it or is a case of having 3 points on my clean license?

Then about 2 mins after that i hit a fookin hugh pot hole in the road & kerbed my rim Not a good day
(can i claim against the council for my damaged rim)?
