I have a very physical job, unfortunately this holds me back with my training as sometimes I get home knackered, feet ache etc and just want to lay on the sofa and recover/chill out
I've read about eph, just wondered whether it would work in my case and give me the boost I need to train after work? (also aid with a bit of weight loss) is the caffeine just pro plus?
Going to train now after a week off dur to afters shift, dont get up in time to train before work and get home to late
