Joe was recomended to me by the guys on the Cosworth stand a few years back at National day, i know of a few engines from him that appear pretty sound, never seen them dynoed though,

But i agree, how can a middle man sell an engine on to his customer and still make money after paying somebody else to build it ? thats if thats what happens, it might just be that Joe offers guidance in some shape or form.
