Hi guys. I have just joined a gym and iv always wanted to be bigger then i am now. I also play Rugby so really need to gain alot of muscel and strength. also of course...wanna look good.
Im taking Pro-Mass protein shake 1x a day since last Tuesday and I think I have noticed a difference in build and muscel (not much but a little)
Have taken a picture of my body to show you what i look like now, so please dont laugh
Oh yeah...Having Laser treatment on my Tattoo's aswel, something in life i did were stupid, I hate them now.
