A female friend of mine had 6 points on her license, 3 of them come off in march. But last december she got caught twice speeding in a 30 zone giving her a potential of 12 points and a ban. She had sent the forms back saying she should be dealt with in court, but not learning her lesson got caught again this month.

Her dilema is will she be banned and what should she do with the last points pay the fine or go to court. she needs her car for work as she is a single and a child to get to work
