dont buy a new alternator theyre a waste of money, a new pair of brushes and replacing the diode/regulator pack will make it like new again, usually about £20 all up, thats all that ever goes wrong with alternators.

I expect the dash would of been left in to fit it, just stripped bare, good luck!!
