If it changes the way you THINK about food and eating, then it sounds promising.
I have to get my Dad to lose weight this year, as he's vastly overweight, diabetic, and has some heart trouble.
Interested to see about this, if only for the sake of his health!
Big sceptic of diets, as I always say "eat less, move more" is about the best method, but I need to get him moving on this fast, and he doesn't want to eat less or move more!
