Can an underpowered PSU cause high CPU temps? Mines going up to 70 odd degrees and games keep freezing. I think it's the PSU that's causing it because it's the only thing I've changed recently since my other one died on me.

Which brings me to my next question Can anyone recomend a good PSU?
