115 amps vertical welding on a 4mm rod
bit cold mate, i would use that sort of juice on a 3.2 rod. all welders are slightly different and run different juice some hotter then others.
are you a coded welder ?
worked at falmouth docks and you learn very fast down there. set the juice at 150 that covers vertcal up and hv fillet in 4mm and also 3.2 speedy/fastexx rods for downhand u can adjust the juice up or down 10-15 amps to suit your welding stlye ie i like it hot baby lol.
