The outter sill is really rusty, its all got to come off



Once the front of the sill and the outter a post had been taken off it showed how rotten the inner sill and bottom of the inner wing was.



Just shows how rust hides away, you could not see any of this with the outter skin on



No wonder the door did not close very well, iam suprised the door did not just drop off when it was opened!!! lol



Here i have cut all the rusted metal out of the lower inner wing and about to start welding it all back together.
