my mate bought a 42" philips plasma with pixel plus and the pic is absolutely shocking even had an engineer out to look at it and he said theres nothing wrong with it those models are just shit, I would say there must be a fault as it seems to get better and worse. And I was in curry's yesterday and the salesman told me to stay away from philips with pixel plus as the technology is shite and they get lots of complaints....

Maybe the LCD's are fine, I know ive been very impressed with the lg plasma'a and if you go onto www.kelkoo.co.uk you can pick up a 42'' hdmi for the bargain price of £1049 absolute deal if you ask me £450 cheaper than curry's and they are usually quite cheap.
