Jim, upon what expert technical basis do you make the assumption that your electric fan is adequate, only just, but adequate, now that statement sounds like it could have come from an engineer, are you an engineer? Do you have lots of practicle experiance in these kind of things?

Leavce it to the pros, and Jim, go and buy a normal car, 1.1 Fiesta for example and run it reliably every day for YEARS.
