If it's holdng 22 in 5th then it should be ok mate, you'll probably find that it holds it in 4th too when under load and your car would have had the boost set in 4th on the rollers, all is ok if you ask me mate, don't worry about ti too much as it'll need a setup when it's been mapped properly
