hi all,
saturday night i was out and about, went to accelerate up a steep incline and at about 4000 rpm the front drivers side inner cv joint exploded and let go of the drive shaft!!
the car has been lowered 30mm with koni shocks which i've been told doesn't help but should be fine.
we've come to the conclusion that in order for the shaft to have come out the engine mounts must be knackered!!
anyone else had this happen? or does anyone know of anything else that could have caused it??
any help appreciated.
