Actually, I'd be worried about that SNR (signal-noise-ratio), as that's very low for a 2Mbps line, never mind a 24Mbps line!

Once you get down to 6dB SNR, that's when your line starts to get unreliable, as the signal just isn't strong enough to get through all the noise-interference on the line...
