With BE, I presume? Or are there other providers now offering 24Mbps connections? If it's BE, it seems their launch hasn't quite gone as smoothly as expected......check

Hopefully, yours will go smoothly......do you have ADSL on the line at the moment? And, if so, what are your current line-stats?
