Right, so thanks to you guys on here I found some links for DVD Shrink which is a wicked programme!

I can rip DVD's now, compress em and burn em (using Nero)
But! What about non-DVD type films? Ages ago Smit gave me a bit of software called AVIconverter which means I can convert loads of different video files to other types, including DVD file types so I can burn as a DVD film.
Only problem is I can't edit the film to be in "chapters" like on a DVD.
IE: I Just downloaded "The Butterfly Effect" in AVI format. It's one "track" all the way thru, and when converted to the DVD-format it is still one track all the way thru.
So here come the questions;
What can I use to split this up?
And once I have cut the AVI film into say, 20 sections, how do I go about converting it all to DVD format but still keep it all in the correct sequence etc.....
I get a bit lost with this lol.....
