hi lads a slow starting problem can be caused by a stainless steel exhaust as this sits closer to the starter motor and heats it up i put a xr2i starter on my old turbo as it is shorter and didn't suffer from the heat as much.
i will consult my brother about non starting though as this all sounds familiar but cant remember if it was dizzy or sensor will return to this for you later all the best.
