ive just had a an engine rebuilt, its a 2.0 zetec, here is a bit of info about it:

its got fast road cam,
new pistons,
new bearings
3angled seats,
ported head,
new valves,
cam belt kit


Cant think of anything else and its for my fiesta and its the first engine work ive ever done so i dont want to wreck it after all this time and effort, so my question is how do i run in the engine? ive allready purchased millers running in oil but i want to know:

What should i do when i first start the engine?
How long to leave the oil in?
Should i change the oil and the filter after a set period?
How many miles should i do?
Should i use the car through the rev range or do i keep it below a certain rpm?

anything else i should know?
