exactly the case on why I would buy intel everytime ! walk into any server room in the city that arent using SANS or whatever and the servers will be HP\Compaq maybe Dell now and all of em will have Intel chip sets tried and tested and reliable buy it use it forget about it
Infact walk into any office in the city and the chips will be intel
cos there reliable

PS Ive never had issued with Dell support either
