dont bother with a pci card, make use of your agp slot. if youve got the money i would recommend an ati radeon 9800 pro. ive got the 9700 in my laptop and thats pretty damn good. im not too hot on agp cards now so maybe someone else has a better one they can recommend.

Budget wise - as little as possible
Spent enough on this PC so far
Just slung my DVD-RW drive in there tho so were all drive'd up
Unless I decide to get an internal card reader to slot in the spare 3.5" bay, and use my USB card reader as a protable device for work and stuff..... Dunno if you can get a fascia plate for internal card reader's on this Optiplex tho - only seen em on the Dimension 8250/8400 which has a different front to it...
