I have rebuilt our focus rs engine over the last couple of weeks, the spec is.

Standard crank/pistons
Cosworth rods with ARP bolts
2x multi layer head gaskets (did not like doing this but if ian howell says it works then it works)
CNC heads heavily ported and flow tested cylinder head.
Piper inlet(270) cam with a 2 litre exhaust cam.
Equal lenth manifold.
AET gt28 turbo with larger exhaust housing.
Decat with full stainless.

This engine was already over 300 horses before the head work and the bigger turbo so with the right map and fueling should be near 400.

The car has been to superchips today, complete waste of time and money we need somebody who can give this car an individual map to suit the new engine, maybe a live map it at all poss.
