.....clutch to seize???

Iv had my 4x4 cosworth parked up for a few weeks, i moved it to where i live and it drove fine. Went to move it to girlfriends house about 3-4 weeks later and when started couldnt select any gears. Turned engine off and it selected fine, i tried to start with it in gear and with foot on clutch but was like my foot wasnt on. I managed to free it off and drove it to where it is now.

Iv just started it up and tried to select gear and same problem. Cars only been stood 3 days since last moved it!!!


What is causing this please and do i need to get a new clutch kit???
