Do you know the feeling that everything you planned just keeps going wrong? Something like a rebuild...

Does anyone know if the rubber in the part in the pics below is simply replacable. I was trying to remove it, to get the part cleaned and a new rubber in, but it doesn't seem to get out and now I destroyed the rubber.

Please tell me there's no problem
