how much would a set of these be worth brand new in boxes never been used with centre caps

seen them fetch around a grand if complete with caps/locks etc, but its a buyers market as also seen mint used ones with great tyres for £800-900

no probs as diamond cuts always fetch good money its just softspokes that fetch way less, biggest problem they have is they buckle dead easy

what do they ride like on a series 2 with standard suspension as I dont want to lower it and dont want it like a monster truck

i got mine, 1000 miles on them with tyres for 800. i was lucky though.

I was lucky mine came with car
but have been offered 900-1000 as got almost new tyres alround

Far too big. Handling also will suffer. 7x16 with 195/45R16 is the maximum I'd fit on an Escort 3/4. And they look very good on the car imo.

On std suspension it will look like a monster truck.
Also as XR2 said the handling will suffer. I bought some 17" comp MO5's for mine on std springs, then sold them 2 days later
