Hi all,
I drive a 52 plate focus, I hydro locked my engine in floods and have replaced it with another 1.6 zetec se, but it wont start.
My old engine was FYDB and this is a FYDA- would that make any difference?

Work done to try and solve issue-

Plug check- spark ok
Fuel pump primes ok
Key recognised upon entry
Fuel on plugs after cranking so fuel ok
Swapped Injectors from old engine
Crank and cam sensors swapped from old engine
Coil swapped from old engine
Intake manifolds swapped- new engine didn't have a sensor on drivers side of intake? so swapped and wiring harness for injectors, idle air valve and the other sensor used from old engine.
All plugs checked and double checked.
Diagnostic plugged in P0320- ?Ignition speed?
I am seriously stuck, I have an ok knowledge of mechanics but this has baffled me.
