Default HELP.......2WD Oil Pump

I am doing a light overhaul on the engine before its fitted and took the sump off to big wing it.

Thought it was a good time to look at the pump condition....

I found it to be slightly scored so a new one is best i think...

i thought though the spray bar had an "O" ring in and how do you remove the spring that alters the pressure.

The body of the pump looks completely different to the top, so i think at some point in its life its been changed possibly for a pinto one.
There in no part numbers on the body of the pump at all.
But can someone tell me how to get the spring out and where the "O" ring should go....and will a pinto pump be good for 380bhp

Many, many thanks
