Mk1 Focus interior - Manual to electric
I've won an electric heated leather interior for my Mk1 Focus.
My current seats are manual. How do I go about wiring them up? Or can I easily swap the subframes from my manual seats to the electric ones?
It would be nice to have all electrics, but I wouldn't miss them if I can't easily fit them.
Cheers.

Some cars already have the relevant loom fitted. All you need to do is plug them in, fit the switches (the plugs will be taped up somewhere behind the dash) and maybe a fuse in the fuse box and off you go.
I didn't realise the mk1 focus ever had electric seats. I knew there was a heated option but I presume you also mean electric adjustment?

As far as I know it's electric adjustment, the eBay listing leads me to believe so.
Would actually make my life easier.
My car didn't have the trip computer loom, so with my luck won't have the seat loom too.

Turned out to be electric height adjustment, but manual adjustment back and forward.
Came from a 52 reg ghia, mines a 2000 Zetec.
I had to strip the seats down, swap the leather base for my cloth base, and swap the backs. Essentially, I've swapped the subframes.
Thought it may come in useful for someone else.
