Default bd16 inlet and bd14 exhaust

can these cams fit in a 2wd sapphire cossy head?
i already have uprated double valve springs, clearance for the cams and R4 pocketed pistons.
Do i have to have a 4wd low compression head for valve clearance?

Yes verniers can be set to zero, till they are adjusted if necessary when mapped.
