is there a quick way of changing a inner driveshaft boot on the front of an escos or do i have to strip the whole thing down ??

three options

buy a sticky boot, one that is split so you can place it over the cv joint and glue it together.(total and utter crap imho and not worth a w@nk) so don't bother.

buy a stretchy boot and cv cone to stretch the boot over. partial strip down

buy a normal boot and strip down completely.

I need to change the outer rubber boot of passenger side (LHD) driveshaft in 4wd Sierra Cosworth, do I need to take out the whole driveshaft? Or is there way to strip down part of the driveshaft while it still being connected to front diff so I can install the original rubber boot?

Just use a stretchy boot. Its just a case of taking the hub off then, the driveshaft can stay on the car.

The strip down is quick n simple plus you can check everything over.
