I wouldnt even bother attempting that one without the timing kit needed for the zetec engines!

Ive only ever had one zetec and i did a cam belt on that, and i wonder how many belts been fitted to it by people "guessing", the bottom end was way out of time.

There is no timing marks you see, you have to insert a pin in through the block and spin the crank round which stops it at absolute TDC, and then lock the cam shafts together with a bar, fit the belt and tighten the cam pulleys (they are fully floating)

Without it you are merely guessing and you can put it back together timed absolutely anywhere, risking bent valves!
