Mate I just called trace in my official capacity... They had a call logged from you presumably earlier. They had some details wrong saying that it was a ford focus??.. I have told them to change that to an Ford Escort Cosworth. At this time no trace

shit rich,im gutted for you.this has always been my biggest worry with mine.
hope its found.did it have tracker stickers on it?if so it will be left laid up someone till they are certain it isnt live.
also mate is there any specific marks sratches etc on the parts that could be recognised if bits are being sold?

Well, specific marks are there is a patch of piant on the drivers side skirt that has rubbed off, and the filler cap was bubbling....
Front needed a respray (as it was a 95k mile car), and then there is just the obvious like gold wheels etc.....
Cheers for all of the kind words chaps, can't really see how this is going to pan our at the moment...Makes me really question why I would want a nice car....
