New Focus Rs Pics In Blue (this Is A Production Model)
Hi guys,
A very good source of mine has managed to get me some pictures of the production Focus RS. These models are currently in the UK and are being driven by the BIG WIGS from Ford. This one in particular belongs to Jost Capito and I think its made my decision on choosing the BLUE!!!

I thought it was Fwd?
It does look Fookin nice from the front, if that's 4wd I can see me going back to a ford (when they've lost half their value in a couple of years LOL)

Hey my photos are getting every where now seem to have caused a bit of a stir, they were taken in Tring, Hertfordshire and the pics dont do the car justice it looks even better in the flesh.
Abd just a bit of trivia for those in the FWD v 4WD argument the FWD car was nearly 2 second a lap faster then the 4WD car round several test tracks

PassionFord Post Whore!!
yeah I like it, but I am going to buy a st220 and stick the kit on it.
I have reduced my self to driving a clio for a year to get somthing nice.
The daughter likes st220 so it looks like i am getting one.
you can get them for 10k now, chuck 5k for the rs kit
mmmm a rs for 15k looks a better deal to me

well look at it this way.. there has been alot of development in the st engines so just imagine what could be achieved witht his engine aswell. 300bhp and 200lbs of torque aint bad.

Personally i don't think its work 5k more than the ST, As far as i'm concerned spend 5k or even less on tuning the ST and you have something that'll spank the RS. This model has been said to be SUB 25k and i've said it before that the people at autocar have been pretty precise in-terms of the development of this car.
In February 2007 Autocar was the first to say that Ford will have the new RS ready for 2008s London Motorshow which was Correct and that productions models will be ready by 2009, which is also correct.
http://www.autocar.co.uk/News/NewsAr...-Focus/224098/
^ Thats the article there. Now the price states £21k-£23k which i think maybe correct aswell. I mean 25k for a car without options is pretty pricey. Once you add the Options your easily looking at 28-28.5k, Those leather Recaros are going to cost at least 2k, 1k for the satnav and about £250 for the Bluetooth.
Now if Ford are going to bend us over for and try and fuck us on the options list, i'm sorry but for that price the car should be 4wd.

i was considering buying one of these but have gone off the idea, i love the front end it looks absolutely spot on, but the rest of the car doesnt do anything for me at all im afraid,i dont like the wheels either and as for using fake carbon stuff inside whats the point in that? makes it look cheap and tacky, either use the real thing or stick to the usual plastic

What really pisses me off is that it only costs for about 13-15k to build the ST so the RS is no more that 17-18k to build. BASTARDS ARE TRYING TO RAPE US BECAUSE OF A BADGE!!! LOL
