Default advise on getting the dash out from my mk4 escort

I need to take the dash out of my rs turbo. Have taken off the steering wheel and switch column. Glove box so far. now not sure which bolts to undo first to take the rest out...steve

You will need to remove the 7 torque bolts too, 3 on top and two on each side of the dash as you open the door.

You will also have to faff getting it over the steering column bracket too

Don't forget the bracket under the dash too.

Basically keep undoing bolts until it comes out lol

Don't forget the little 10mm nut behind the heater controls & also if they've been refitted last time the dash was out the two screws under the centre console bit

thanks for the replies, it came out a lot easier then i thought, have found some rust under the corner of the windscreen, will post a photo later for advise on the best way to repair it
