Grey 3dr Cosworth Project (Greece)
This will be my first car, it will be a long process but hopefully it will turn out great.
My base is a 1.3 3dr Sierra, i started by dismantling the car a couple of days ago, i found some rust caused by the battery fluid leaking i fixed it that was the only issue with rust.

The Servo leaking made some surface rust, not an issue

I'll have to straighten the roof also a door and a front wing are a little tired

I'm really happy from the state of the chassis, but the interior was a mess and good trim is really hard to find but we will see next step is to clean the car and get it prepped for paint

Thanks Stu, we have a 205 block, greens, t34 on the shelf for this but it will be a long time till that, i wish to make new wiring looms, new trim, make a 6 degree beam, make the archers wider, buy new bumpers and skirts from a really good company in Poland, i want the car to sit nice many things to do but that's why i built it myself because i like the process.

PassionFord Post Whore!!
Love that car! I take it, by the gap betwen the bodykit and front bumper, you went for the original "cheat" they used back in the 80's to get the slightly bigger arches?!
Are the holes in the front bumper quick release fittings? Tried Dzus fasteners on mine, with limited success...
