Well can't really do rear as the fez has a beam unless I get some washer or something and unbalance the hub?

Yeah I am going to get a focus rear setup on the back but I think ill just get a company to do it as I have very little time these days and it toke me over 3 months to do 2 weekends worth of work on the car so far, I was thinking about making up some 30mm(bottom) and 25mm(top) axle spacers and having them flush oneside and on an angle the otherside and do abit of trail and error.

I hope it will be less noisey than the last set up, its a long old box, we do have a back up plan but dont want to do it if poss,
wait till the turbo comes back and we can give it a test.

It takes a similar route to mine. I put a long box in the trans tunnel then chopped out behind the drivers seat and boxed in another. Mines not running yet but I'm hoping it'll be quiet enough.
3" system on yours?

yea 3" from turbo back, with the old system straight out the turbo into box, it was around 99db at most tracks, so fingers crossed with extra pipe/bends and a bigger box its going to be around 96-98db.

Turbo back from cr, fast turn around, new billet wheel and exhaust housing, rebalanced, happy days,
We have finished the fuel lines and move the pump and swirl pot to there new msa spec home on top of rear sub frame, new intercooler has been chosen, getting there now.
More time please.

New solid fuel lines front to back now bit safer.

Nice. Are they solid fuel lines?
What have you done with your steering column, have you stripped the lock out?

Buying a garrett cooler from the states, unless we can find a cheaper option for a garrett core unit else where, paying about £440 for this unit.

jon what sort of price is that costing?

just trying to get the response up on the car mate, the intercooler is a cheap inefficient thing, so we oversized it to keep charge temps down, but tha does not help lag.

Just waiting on final costs to be honest Rog but I think yours is cheaper than mine. Price iro £500 for mine, but it looks way smaller the core I was offered.

Oh and you don't need to oversize a Garrett core they are way more efficient than all others
